Pheasant Hunting Clothes
When you are about to go pheasant hunting, you must always prepare for the worst conditions that is why we recommend that you bring as many clothes as you can to the resort from where you will be conducting the hunts. Take for example South Dakota where the weather changes quickly, you must be prepared for any unexpected situations.
We recommend bringing both heavy and light clothing, the clothing should be waterproof or at least, sheds water. Good and comfortable boots that extend past the ankle are recommended for walking in heavy cover once you are in the field. The mid-weight socks that breathe work along very well with the hunting boots.
Brush pants that are designed to save the thigh areas are recommended for this type of hunting. This type of pants works very well in thick cover and help shed water that is held by the grass that pheasants frequent. Such type of pants can be bought from your local sporting goods store at a reasonable price and they worth every dollar.
